Swarm Knight is a brutal solo fantasy journaling micro RPG about a living swarm puppeteering the remains of a fallen hero. Choose your swarm, gain a unique ability, and inherit one final mission: save the heir, slaughter a warlord, burn the black chapel, or leave none alive.

Using only a six-sided die and something to write with, you will march, mend, kill, stalk, deceive, and devour your way through a story entirely your own. Every roll pushes the swarm closer to its goal while the armor rots, the truth escapes, and strange human feelings enter the hive.

Play a single savage scene or continue until the hero’s command is fulfilled.

For thirty years, the priests of the Black Chapel have waged the Carrion War in the name of Nhal, the God Beneath All Things. But Nhal is not a god of death. It is the ancient divinity of decay, renewal, and the countless creatures that return flesh to the earth.

When Sir Caelan Vale dies carrying a sword capable of destroying the chapel’s altar, his final cry reaches Nhal. The imprisoned god commands the insects beneath the battlefield to rise. Ants, beetles, wasps, flies, worms, and moths consume the fallen hero, inhabit his armor, and continue his final mission.

Now the Swarm Knight marches through the war it inherited—destroying armies, rescuing survivors, and learning the meaning of mercy. As the Black Chapel prepares a body for its captive god, millions of tiny lives advance together to free Nhal and finish the dead hero’s command.
